I highly recommend EOT’s video series on bullying and relational aggression! My staff took to heart the situations in Dr. Joel Haber’s Preventing Gossip and Relational Aggression and Scott Arizala’s We Squashed It: Relational Aggression. Using the techniques in those videos, my staff were able to spot and intervene in so many nearly-invisible situations last summer, before they became destructive for our campers. Thanks to EOT, our ability to proactively solve bullying and relational aggression gave us immense credibility in our parents’ eyes and made my camp a safer and more positive place.
